UGGT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGGT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,049 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGGT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2Q1P, PHF5A, and OIP5. Each is linked with UGGT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGGT2-to-partner and partner-to-UGGT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2Q1P grouped by UGGT2-low versus UGGT2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UGGT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UGGT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
