Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGGT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,194 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UGGT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM72B, MTCYBP8, and MIR5682. Each is linked with UGGT1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGGT1-to-partner and partner-to-UGGT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM72B grouped by UGGT1-low versus UGGT1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UGGT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UGGT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
