UFC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UFC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,863 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UFC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN3, DLGAP5, and PPOX. Each is linked with UFC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UFC1-to-partner and partner-to-UFC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UFC1 versus CDKN3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UFC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UFC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
