UFC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UFC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 130 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UFC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFB135, SLC30A6P1, and RN7SL466P. Each is linked with UFC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UFC1-to-partner and partner-to-UFC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEFB135 grouped by UFC1-low versus UFC1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UFC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UFC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
