Across TCGA patient cohorts, UEVLD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 830 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UEVLD-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-389P, ARPC1BP1, and VPS25P1. Each is linked with UEVLD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UEVLD-to-partner and partner-to-UEVLD results are reported.
