UCP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UCP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UCP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NIN, CHMP3, and RN7SKP69. Each is linked with UCP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UCP1-to-partner and partner-to-UCP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UCP1 versus NIN in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UCP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UCP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
