UCP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UCP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 422 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UCP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are WRBP1, SNORD111, and RNF19BPY. Each is linked with UCP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UCP1-to-partner and partner-to-UCP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WRBP1 grouped by UCP1-low versus UCP1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UCP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UCP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
