Across TCGA cell cohorts, UCP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 249 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UCP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Proton motive force-driven mitochondrial ATP synthesis. Each is linked with UCP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UCP1-to-partner and partner-to-UCP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of myoblast fusion grouped by UCP1-low versus UCP1-high in STOMACH.
