UBXN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBXN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBXN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP10-10, PATE4, and DEFA3. Each is linked with UBXN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBXN1-to-partner and partner-to-UBXN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP10-10 grouped by UBXN1-low versus UBXN1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBXN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBXN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
