UBTF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBTF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 283 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBTF-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCDH11X, OR1E2, and OR3A1. Each is linked with UBTF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBTF-to-partner and partner-to-UBTF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCDH11X grouped by UBTF-low versus UBTF-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBTF→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBTF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
