UBTD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBTD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,981 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBTD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAF2, KIAA1191, and UBLCP1. Each is linked with UBTD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBTD2-to-partner and partner-to-UBTD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBTD2 versus FAF2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBTD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBTD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
