UBR3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,756 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBR3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FERMT3, PTPRC, and TYROBP. Each is linked with UBR3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBR3-to-partner and partner-to-UBR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBR3 versus FERMT3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
