UBR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,276 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHEK1, MRPL39, and CCNB2. Each is linked with UBR3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBR3-to-partner and partner-to-UBR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHEK1 grouped by UBR3-low versus UBR3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
