Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,092 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBR3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-serine modification, Peptidyl-serine phosphorylation, and Late viral transcription. Each is linked with UBR3 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBR3-to-partner and partner-to-UBR3 results are reported.
