UBQLN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBQLN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,578 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBQLN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDC6, LRRC59, and KIF2C. Each is linked with UBQLN3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBQLN3-to-partner and partner-to-UBQLN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDC6 grouped by UBQLN3-low versus UBQLN3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBQLN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBQLN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
