Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,253 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR143, MT1XP1, and NSA2P7. Each is linked with UBN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBN1-to-partner and partner-to-UBN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR143 grouped by UBN1-low versus UBN1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
