Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBLCP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,389 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBLCP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP162, RN7SL248P, and MIR6803. Each is linked with UBLCP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBLCP1-to-partner and partner-to-UBLCP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP162 grouped by UBLCP1-low versus UBLCP1-high in CESC.
