UBL5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,030 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBL5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC37, PIN1, and KRI1. Each is linked with UBL5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBL5-to-partner and partner-to-UBL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
