UBL5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,497 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PET100, ELOF1, and NDUFA11. Each is linked with UBL5 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBL5-to-partner and partner-to-UBL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
