UBL4A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBL4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,212 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBL4A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CUL4B, KIF4A, and FAM50A. Each is linked with UBL4A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBL4A-to-partner and partner-to-UBL4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBL4A versus CUL4B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBL4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBL4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
