Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBL4A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,711 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBL4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are EOLA1, FAM3A, and IGLV3-27. Each is linked with UBL4A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBL4A-to-partner and partner-to-UBL4A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBL4A versus EOLA1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBL4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBL4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
