Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBL4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,626 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBL4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR550A1, MIR16-1, and NFYAP1. Each is linked with UBL4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBL4A-to-partner and partner-to-UBL4A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR550A1 grouped by UBL4A-low versus UBL4A-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBL4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBL4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
