Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBL4A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBL4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, JNK2, and Lck. Each is linked with UBL4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBL4A-to-partner and partner-to-UBL4A results are reported.
