Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBL4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,223 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBL4A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are snRNA pseudouridine synthesis, Positive regulation of telomerase RNA localization to Cajal body, and Positive regulation of cell cycle checkpoint. Each is linked with UBL4A in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBL4A-to-partner and partner-to-UBL4A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, snRNA pseudouridine synthesis grouped by UBL4A-low versus UBL4A-high in BONE.
