UBL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,311 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF6, LNX2, and COG6. Each is linked with UBL3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBL3-to-partner and partner-to-UBL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBL3 versus RNF6 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
