UBE2V2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2V2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,390 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2V2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YTHDF3, ATAD2, and PRKDC. Each is linked with UBE2V2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2V2-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2V2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE2V2 versus YTHDF3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2V2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2V2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
