Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBE2V2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,362 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBE2V2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, Regulation of spindle checkpoint, and Regulation of mitotic cell cycle spindle assembly checkpoint. Each is linked with UBE2V2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2V2-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2V2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle grouped by UBE2V2-low versus UBE2V2-high in OESOPHAGUS.
