UBE2O

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2O RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,776 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2O-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SF3B3, SRSF9, and CBX8. Each is linked with UBE2O in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2O-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2O results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE2O versus SF3B3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2O→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2O) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
