Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2O protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,151 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBE2O-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUMO2, MRPS7, and NOL11. Each is linked with UBE2O in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2O-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2O results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE2O versus SUMO2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2O→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2O) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
