Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2O mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBE2O-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, 4E-BP1_pT37_T46, and ATM. Each is linked with UBE2O in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2O-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2O results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by UBE2O-low versus UBE2O-high in STAD.
