Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBE2O mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 641 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBE2O-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR180, MAP3K8, and LYSMD1. Each is linked with UBE2O in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2O-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2O results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR180 grouped by UBE2O-low versus UBE2O-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2O→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2O) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
