UBE2M

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2M RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,479 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2M-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRMT1, HSPBP1, and TRIM28. Each is linked with UBE2M in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2M-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2M results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE2M versus PRMT1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2M→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2M) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
