Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2M mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 145 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2M-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-128P, RN7SL754P, and RNU6-777P. Each is linked with UBE2M in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2M-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2M results are reported.
