UBE2I

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2I RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 9,982 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2I-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, MUC17, and TTN. Each is linked with UBE2I in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2I-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2I results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by UBE2I-low versus UBE2I-high in PRAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2I→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2I) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
