Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBE2I RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated UBE2I data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher UBE2I RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBE2I expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and UVM show a favorable association.

LIHC, PAAD, and COAD are the cancer types where UBE2I RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
