UBE2I

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2I mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,725 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2I-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-17P, RPS29P32, and RNU6ATAC25P. Each is linked with UBE2I in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2I-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2I results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-17P grouped by UBE2I-low versus UBE2I-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2I→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2I) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
