UBE2I

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBE2I RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,334 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2I-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cell PML body, Regulation of chromatin organization, and DNA-templated DNA replication maintenance of fidelity. Each is linked with UBE2I in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2I-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2I results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cell PML body grouped by UBE2I-low versus UBE2I-high in LUNG_SCLC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2I→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2I) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
