UBE2I

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBE2I protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,814 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2I-associated genes across cancer lineages are LUC7L, METTL21A, and TBC1D24. Each is linked with UBE2I in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2I-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2I results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE2I versus LUC7L in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2I→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2I) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
