UBD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 92 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBD-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP358, RNU7-19P, and FAM27B. Each is linked with UBD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBD-to-partner and partner-to-UBD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBD→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
