Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,096 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in response to hydrogen peroxide, Protein insertion into ER membrane by stop-transfer membrane-anchor sequence, and 5-phosphoribose 1-diphosphate metabolic process. Each is linked with UBB in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBB-to-partner and partner-to-UBB results are reported.
