Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,740 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation, U2-type prespliceosome assembly, and Negative regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle. Each is linked with UBB in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBB-to-partner and partner-to-UBB results are reported.
