Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBASH3B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,027 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBASH3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are GYG2P1, MRM3, and NCAPH2. Each is linked with UBASH3B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBASH3B-to-partner and partner-to-UBASH3B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GYG2P1 grouped by UBASH3B-low versus UBASH3B-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBASH3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBASH3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
