Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBASH3B RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated UBASH3B data layer compared with 6 for mutation status and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher UBASH3B RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBASH3B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and READ show a favorable association.

LGG, PAAD, and LUSC are the cancer types where UBASH3B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
