Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBASH3B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBASH3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf87, CLEC4G, and CD300LD. Each is linked with UBASH3B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBASH3B-to-partner and partner-to-UBASH3B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1orf87 grouped by UBASH3B-low versus UBASH3B-high in OESOPHAGUS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBASH3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBASH3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
