UBAP2L

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBAP2L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,460 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBAP2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOMM20, TIPRL, and DAP3. Each is linked with UBAP2L in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBAP2L-to-partner and partner-to-UBAP2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBAP2L versus TOMM20 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBAP2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBAP2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
