UBAP2L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBAP2L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,501 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBAP2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL26P31, MIR5583-1, and NSD2. Each is linked with UBAP2L in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBAP2L-to-partner and partner-to-UBAP2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL26P31 grouped by UBAP2L-low versus UBAP2L-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBAP2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBAP2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
