UBAP2L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBAP2L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 241 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBAP2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF27, CST11, and SIGLEC16. Each is linked with UBAP2L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBAP2L-to-partner and partner-to-UBAP2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF27 grouped by UBAP2L-low versus UBAP2L-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBAP2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBAP2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
