UBAC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBAC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,550 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBAC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CUL4A, TPP2, and STK24. Each is linked with UBAC2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBAC2-to-partner and partner-to-UBAC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBAC2 versus CUL4A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBAC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBAC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
