UBAC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBAC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,054 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBAC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A15, TMTC4, and TUBGCP3. Each is linked with UBAC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBAC2-to-partner and partner-to-UBAC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBAC2 versus SLC25A15 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBAC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBAC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
