UBAC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBAC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 329 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBAC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP271, RNA5SP516, and RNU6-331P. Each is linked with UBAC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBAC2-to-partner and partner-to-UBAC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP271 grouped by UBAC2-low versus UBAC2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBAC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBAC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
